The Hospital Hyett Building has undergone significant refurbishment, alongside the construction of a new Hydrotherapy Pool. The existing HVAC system has been seamlessly tied into the central plant on-site, all as part of a comprehensive project valued at $110 million.

Sphere played a key role in the initiative by developing a new VAV controller for the project, designed to accept up to four room temperature sensors per VAV unit.

The existing controls, operational since the late 90s, were augmented with a new WebAI controller to facilitate intricate demand aggregation from the VAVs to the AHUs.
